SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
We ship worldwide. We offer FREE SHIPPING/DUTIES on all non-promotional products after discounts are applied. We also offer secure one-step checkout via credit card and Paypal for international orders. If your billing address is located in a country that we do not ship to, Paypal will be the only option at checkout.HOW
LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER/S?
We process and ship orders from a variety of suppliers Mondays through Fridays. Orders with super saver shipping are usually fulfilled and shipped within 2-3 business days (M-F) upon placement of order unless otherwise noted. Typical shipping time generally take between 5-15 business days. Details of which can be found in the product details. Once your order was shipped, you will receive an email of confirmation together with the tracking information. If you did not receive shipping information email, you can check your spam folder. You can check tracking information by clicking "My account" and the "My Order" button.
IF I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TIMES, DO YOU PUT IT IN ONE PACKAGE?When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately, so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all your items at once, they are on their way.
RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGES
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN OF PRODUCTS?We want you to be happy with your order so we offer free exchanges for any reason. You can return your product for a different color, size, or style. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which item you would like as a replacement. We will send you a new one and you can send the original item to our returns center in NY. Be sure to have your order number ready so we can easily look up your order.Once we receive the return you will receive email notification of receipt and when we will process your refund. Please allow 1-10 days for your package to arrive and our Return Department will process to refund your original form of payment. HOW CAN I SHIP MY RETURN BACK TO BLUSH AND BAR?
You can print the USPS return label so you can easily send us your return purchase. You can email firstname.lastname@example.org. We are NOT responsible for lost return packages and recommend that you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?You may request a cancellation of order within 12-hours of purchase. Otherwise, you will receive a partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing details.
WHY WAS MY ORDER CANCELLED?The order may be canceled if we were unable to verify the billing information that was entered on the order. If the billing address does not match with what the credit card issuer or bank has on file, the order will be automatically canceled.If your order has been canceled, you can contact your credit card issuer or bank to verify that the billing information is correct.Once verified, you can proceed a new order using the correct billing information.
