Your rings are automatically covered under our comprehensive lifetime warranty.
This is the most customer-friendly warranty in the industry, and in addition to covering any kind of manufacturing defects for life, our comprehensive lifetime warranty covers accidental damage or breaks.
Blush and Bar rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. We cannot give you a full refund if the ring is scratched or is otherwise showing obvious signs of usage. Scratches are considered regular wear and tear and will not be considered as a defect but we can provide an exchange.
All our jewelry is made using the finest of certified metals but it does not matter it is 950 platinum or 925 Sterling silver ......it ALL scratches . You will receive your jewelry in perfect condition with no scratches, enclosed in a clear poly bag in special so as to avoid scratching the item. Now we have no control over how you treat the item once you receive it. ALL jewelry gets scratches from lifting things, hitting of things, wearing bracelets with other jewelry, wearing jewelry while doing manual work, rock climbing, gardening, etc.
Our warranty does not cover size changes due to weight loss/gain, scratches or damage incurred due to abuse, abnormal environmental conditions, exposure to harsh chemicals, negligence, use contrary to care instructions, or loss of the ring. Blush and Bar rings are scratch resistant but not scratch proof. Gold or colored plating will wear over time but will wear faster if exposed to harsh chemicals.

We get a lot of questions about ring size here at Blush and Bar.
Because we sell a lot of our rings online, our customers don’t get a chance to try a ring on before they buy it. That’s why we offer a ring size guide that can help you get the right fit.
Before you begin taking your measurements, pick the finger on which you want to wear your ring. The fingers on your dominant hand tend to be larger than those on your non-dominant hand, so keep that in mind when measuring for your ring size.
Ensure that your finger is at its normal size before taking a measurement. Cold weather can cause your fingers to shrink a bit, while heat or water retention caused by food, medications, or illness can cause finger swelling.
Our ring size guide includes two ring sizing methods: You can use string or a strip of paper to measure your finger, or you can measure using a ring that you already own.
Take a piece of string, ribbon, thread, or a thin strip of paper and wrap it around your finger, close to the knuckle.
With a pen, carefully mark the spot where the string overlaps with its end and either hold it up to a ruler that has millimeter measurements, or to the graphic below.
Use the chart to determine your ring size.
Yes we do! Our printable PDF ring size guide is a more accurate way to get a proper measurement. Get it here.
